DE, HK, VN, MY, PK and AE Countries S/I Rules Updated

The world trade situation continues to change, and the policies of each destination port country will also be adjusted accordingly. The recent update of the document-related regulations of some destination port countries and regions:



Germany

1. The number of pieces of a single item cannot exceed 99,999 pieces;


2. All goods to Germany and transiting here must provide 4-digit HS Code; if multiple goods are mixed and involve different HS CODE, please send the cargo information separately according to the HS CODE;


3. If the consignee is an individual, Door Delivery will not be accepted at the port of destination;


4. If the goods are vehicles/motorcycles (whether new or second-hand), please provide the piece weight and VIN number in the SI, and show them on the bill of lading. If there are other cargoes in the same container, please provide each cargo weight in SI.



Hongkong

1. The bill of lading to Hong Kong and transit in Hong Kong needs to show the detailed name of the goods; for the case of multiple goods in one bill, it is necessary to provide the piece weight and the corresponding cargo description and mark of each kind of goods;


2. If the goods are alcoholic or alcoholic beverages, you need to provide and show the degree on the bill of lading. For goods with different alcohol content, it is necessary to provide the corresponding piece weight ruler, cargo description and shipping mark;


3. The description and shipping mark cannot be displayed as "As per attached list" or "See Attachment" or "As per attached".



Vietnam

1. Shipper, consignee and notifier must provide complete information and appear on the bill of lading (including company name, address, city and country);


2. The consignee or notifier must be a local company in Vietnam;


3. Except for Hai Phong, other FNDs must display the specific terminal name;


4. The port of discharge must show the final port of discharge;


5. The product name provided in the sample bill of lading must be consistent with the booking product name;


6. The description and shipping mark cannot be displayed as "As per attached list" or "See Attachment" or "As per attached";


7. The data that needs to be declared for import shall not be placed in the mark;


8. The cargo description of each item cannot exceed 1050 characters; the total number of cargo description characters of all items in the bill of lading cannot exceed 4000 characters;


9. All goods transshipped and transshipped through Cai Mep Port, Cat Lai Port & SP ITC must provide at least 6-digit HS CODE and show it on the bill of lading; if multiple goods are mixed and involve different HS CODE, please follow the HS CODE CODE sends cargo information separately;


10. All goods transported by truck and barge at the import end must provide at least 4-digit HS CODE and show it on the bill of lading; if multiple goods are mixed and different HS CODE is involved, please send the cargo information separately according to the HS CODE ;


11. Second-hand cars over 5 years old are not accepted;


12. For scraps, garbage and various similar goods imported into Vietnam, the following information must be displayed in the prescribed format on the bill of lading:


- Consignee information (if the consignee is To order, the following information needs to be displayed in the notifier): consignee's tax identification number#import license number#deposit certificate number#customer complete company name#address#other company information ( such as telephone or fax numbers). The information should be linked with "#", there should be no spaces, and the tax identification number, import license number and deposit certificate number should not have special symbols. The import license number is issued by the local pollution control department in the format xxx/GXN-BTNMT; the deposit certificate number is issued by the bank or the environmental protection fund.


- Cargo Information: The 8-digit HS code must be displayed in the cargo description.


13. If the customer needs to display the forwarding terms on the bill of lading, POD and FND must be consistent;


14. The customs at the port of destination does not accept the following goods for transshipment to Cambodia via Vietnam:

    - Personal Effects / Household Goods

    - Waste and Scrap

    -Autos / Motor vehicles / Cars

    - Used Goods (excluding Used Auto)

    - Timber/Log

    - Timber / log from Cambodia

    - Weapons

    - Fireworks


15. The following goods are not accepted for transshipment to a third country via Vietnam:

Used/second hand/waste/scrap items


16. All goods transshipped and transshipped through Cai Mep Port, Cat Lai Port & SP ITC must provide at least 6-digit HS CODE and show it on the bill of lading; if multiple goods are mixed and involve different HS CODE, please follow HS CODE sends cargo information separately;


17. Scrap, garbage and various similar goods imported into Vietnam must provide 8-digit HS CODE and show it on the bill of lading; if multiple goods are mixed and different HS CODE is involved, please classify according to HS CODE



Malaysia

1. Do not accept the same box used in 2 or more bills of lading, that is: do not accept partial bill.


2. Breakbulk shipment does not accept combined orders;


3. Shipper, Consignee and Notifier must provide complete information and appear on the bill of lading (including company name, address, city and country). The address must display at least 2 lines;


4. The consignor cannot be a Malaysian company or individual;


5. The consignee must be a local company in Malaysia. If it is a to order bill of lading, the notifying party must be a local company in Malaysia; in the case of transshipment, the consignee must be shown as the real consignee C/O local company in Malaysia, and provide the address of the Malaysian company;


6. If it is a to order bill of lading, only one space can be reserved between "to" and "order";


7. Bills of lading to Pasir Gudang or Tanjung Pelepas cannot show transshipment clauses;


8. All goods to Malaysia and transiting here must provide a 6-digit HS CODE; if multiple goods are mixed and involve different HS CODE, please send the cargo information separately according to the HS CODE;


9. When the goods to be transported are "cars", you need to provide 1) Maker 2) Model 3) Chassis Number 4) Engine Number 5) Use / New (U / N) 6) Engine CC 7) Year of Manufacturing 8) Country of Origin;


10. The port of discharge must show the final port of discharge;


11. All goods transshipped through Port Klang will not accept Port Klang as the port of discharge shown on the bill of lading.



Pakistan

1. The consignee and notifier must provide complete information as shown on the bill of lading (including company name, address, city and country);


2. For the case of using its own box, the consignee must be a local Pakistani company (excluding the case of transshipment to Afghanistan);


3. For all goods imported into Pakistan, the importer/consignee's NTN (National Tax Number) or Passport Number (when the consignee is an individual) must be provided and displayed on the bill of lading;


4. The net weight of the goods needs to be provided;


5. It is not acceptable to display information about Free Demurrage on the bill of lading, that is, not to display Free Demurrage related information;


6. If the goods are household goods or when personal effects are mixed with other goods, a partial order is required. That is: separate household goods and personal effects to make partial orders;


7. Marks cannot be displayed as "see attachment";


8. All goods to Pakistan must provide a 6-digit HS code and display it in the cargo description; if it is a mixed shipment of multiple goods and involves different HS CODE, please send the cargo information separately according to the HS CODE;


9. Goods transshipped to Afghanistan via Pakistan:

a. The consignee must be an Afghan company or individual;


b. If it is a to order bill of lading, the notifying party must be a local company in Afghanistan, and the second notifying party is a local company in Pakistan;


c. The customs clearance bank or agent in Pakistan must be displayed as the notifying party, and provide the full address, city, country, telephone/fax/email, and display it on the bill of lading;


d. POD/FND must be Keamari, Karachi or Port Qasim, Karachi;



United Arab Emirates

1. The name, address, city, and country of the consignee and notifier must be provided and shown on the bill of lading;


2. The packaging unit is Skid is not accepted;


3. The description and shipping mark cannot be displayed as "As per attached list" or "See Attachment" or "As per attached";


4. All goods to the United Arab Emirates must provide an 8-digit HS CODE; if multiple goods are mixed and different HS CODEs are involved, please send the cargo information separately according to the HS CODE;


5. Individuals are only allowed to import 1 vehicle per year (whether new or used);


6. The port of discharge must show the final port of discharge.


e. The product name in the description cannot exceed 60 characters. If the product name exceeds 60 characters, please submit it by item;


f. If the transit clause is required to be displayed in the SI, "Cargo in transit to XXX, Afghanistan via Karachi at Consignee's own cost & risk" must be displayed in the shipping mark, and the destination city of in transit to in the transit clause must be the same as the city of the consignee. Consistent.


g. The consignor needs to fill in a letter of guarantee, stating that when the consignee transports the container to Afghanistan on his own, the consignor is fully responsible and liable for the loss/damage of the container;


h. The consignee needs to know that our agent will charge the corresponding deposit for Afghanistan goods.
