How fast is express shipping from China to the USA, and what does it cost?
Express shipping from China to the USA takes 6–9 days door-to-door for DDP shipments. Rates start around
9/kg for 21–100 kg parcels** (duty-inclusive), and from **~20 for a 0.5 kg document/small packet. Shipments clear US customs as individual express entries via our bonded-transfer routing, which keeps exam rates low.
Door-to-door express delivery for parcels from 0.5 kg to 200 kg, using UPS, DHL and FedEx line-haul with duty-inclusive (DDP) or duty-unpaid options. Your cargo is consolidated at our Shenzhen/Dongguan/Guangzhou/Xiamen/Yiwu receiving warehouses, moves via bonded transfer through Canada, and clears the US as a single express consignment per parcel — a routing that significantly reduces exposure to CBP exams compared with direct consolidations.
Best for: e-commerce restocks, samples, urgent small orders, replacement parts — anything from 0.5 kg to 200 kg that must arrive within days, not weeks.

Battery shipments (built-in batteries, ≤100 Wh cells) accepted on designated channels; power banks and standalone lithium batteries not accepted. High-duty items (EV chargers, adapters, inverters, transformers) +$0.30/kg.
Pickup / drop-off — send cargo to any of our 6 South & Central China warehouses; we collect from your supplier.
Export processing — consolidation, labeling, export customs declaration.
Bonded line-haul — air lift via our consolidated routing with bonded transfer into the US market.
Express clearance & delivery — per-parcel express entry with duties prepaid (DDP), then UPS/DHL/FedEx final delivery, signature included.
Accepted: general cargo, built-in battery products (designated channels), textiles (small surcharge), FDA-regulated goods with documentation, wooden crates and long/oversize pieces via DHL channel.
Not accepted: phones, tablets, laptops, watches and hard drives (high-value theft-prone); night-vision devices; anti-dumping categories (furniture, solar panels, tires, steel products); dual-use items (drones, radar, restricted metals); liquids/powders; counterfeit goods. Toys require CPC certificate + tracking label.
Delay compensation: if delivery is delayed after line-haul uplift, we compensate per working day up to a capped amount per kg — written into every booking confirmation.
Loss coverage: pre-uplift loss compensated at declared value (air cap applies); post-uplift per official UPS/DHL/FedEx terms.
1. Do express rates include US duties?
Our DDP channels do — duties, taxes and clearance are prepaid; the receiver just signs. A DDU/DAP option is available if your US entity prefers to clear entries itself.
2. Is express shipping from China to USA cheaper than air freight?
Under 100 kg, express is usually similar or slightly cheaper than palletized air freight and arrives as a signed parcel with no appointment needed. Above ~300 kg, air freight or sea+air becomes more economical — see our air freight and economy sea freight pages.
3. Can you ship items with built-in batteries?
Yes, on designated battery channels (built-in batteries only; no standalone power banks). Magnetic-susceptible items can be shipped without magnet inspection on selected lines.
4. Why does routing via Canada matter?
Bonded transfer plus single-parcel express clearance keeps each shipment a small, compliant entry — historically far fewer CBP exams than consolidated direct entries, so fewer delays and no surprise exam fees under DDP.
5. What's the cheapest way to ship 50 kg from China to the USA?
If 6–9 days works, UPS express DDP (~$9/kg). If you can wait ~4 weeks, our Sea+Air Express drops to roughly $4.2/kg with the same UPS clearance and delivery.
