Fulfillment by Amazon, known as FBA. When the seller sends the products to the FBA warehouse for warehousing, the packaging of the goods must be in full accordance with Amazon's regulations, otherwise it will cause delays in the shelves, and if the circumstances are serious, they may be rejected. How the product should be loaded?


· All Amazon pallets should be loaded in portrait orientation


· A space of 30cm is required between the top of the pallet and the top of the trailer


· 30cm of space is required between the back of the last pallet and the back of the trailer

Vehicle Requirements

· The rear of the vehicle can be accessed by a pallet truck or forklift


· The vehicle must weigh more than 7.5 tons and must be equipped with a reinforced floor


· The vehicle needs to be able to safely handle a cargo weight of 5 tonnes


· Pallet transport requires at least 30cm of space at the top and rear of the vehicle


· There are no obstacles in the vehicle that could cause health or safety concerns


· Ban on "drag and drop truck"



Pallet Requirements

· Choose pallets that are in good condition, pallets with broken or missing boards may be rejected; Amazon will reject single-use pallets


· Do not paint the tray, the tray must be natural wood


· Regarding the regulations on pallet-related values, different countries have different standards:


US: 120cm × 100cm


UK: 120cm × 100cm


Europe: 120cm × 80cm


Japan: 110cm × 110cm



How to Pack and Stack Pallets

· All FBA labels on the shipment must face outward


· Each pallet can only have 1 FBA number. Each FBA number requires its own pallet


· Double pallets may be rejected


· Loaded goods need to stay within the dimensions of the pallet


· Shipping height must not exceed 180 cm (including pallet height)


· Maximum weight per pallet is 500kg



How to Seal a Pallet

· Pallets need to be sealed with clear wrapping material


· Goods need to be fully sealed, including pallets


· Each corner of the tray needs to be sealed at least three times


· Do not use packing material to tie knots

9 Common Reasons for Products Rejected by Amazon Fulfillment Centers

The number of pallets delivered exceeds the forecasted quantity

Void (no valid ISA number) or no reservation (shipment without prior reservation)

Due to the delay in unloading at the operations center, the driver refused to wait for unloading and decided to walk away


#4 Be late

Arriving after the appointment time


#5 Arrive at the error Amazon Fulfillment Centers

Delivered to a fulfillment center other than this PO (Amazon reserves the right to accept inventory if Amazon redirects shipping)


#6 Missing file

There is no valid delivery instrument that can be used to identify the goods delivered


#7 Unsafe/wrongly loaded vehicle

Vehicles equipped with unsafe floors or unsuitable for docking, electrical hazards, or not meeting specific FC requirements


#8 Non-standard pallet

Stacking super high (or causing personal safety hazards), single-use pallets, irregular sizes, pallets exceeding 500KG, damaged pallets


#9 Dangerous goods

Dangerous goods delivered to inappropriate operations center
