OOCL Lauches TLP6 for Express Linkage:China-South America

OOCL announced on June 13 that it will launch a new Transpacific Latin Pacific 6 service (TLP6) in the Asia-South America market in order to enhance its route coverage in South America. The new route will provide comprehensive port coverage in Northeast Asia and the West Coast of South America.

OOCL said that in addition to its existing TLP1, TLP2 and TLP3 routes, the newly launched TLP6 route will provide direct services from China to Mexico, Guatemala and Chile, offering competitive transit times, from Shanghai to Puerto Quetza Just 22 days, just 32 days to San Antonio.


The port rotation of the new service will be: Hong Kong - Shekou (China) - Ningbo (China) - Shanghai (China) - Manzanillo (Mexico) - Puerto Quetzal (Guatemala) - San Antonio (Chile) - Hong Kong.


The new service will commence from Hong Kong with an estimated time of arrival (ETA) on 28 June.
