New China-Europe Railway Express Company Officially Established!

Asia-Europe Interconnection Holdings (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Asia-Europe Interconnection), led by China Railway Container Transport Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of China State Railway Group Co., Ltd.), was officially established on November 18.
The new company is committed to building an overseas operation platform for China-Europe Railway Express, further improving the operation quality and market competitiveness of the railway service.
It is reported that Asia-Europe Interconnection is co-founded by China Railway Container Transport Co., Ltd. and four domestic China-Europe Railway Express operation platform companies: Yuxinou (Chongqing) Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., Chengdu International Railway Port Investment & Development Co., Ltd., Xi’an Port Xing Commercial Operation Co., Ltd., and Yixinou Trade Service Group Co., Ltd.
The new company aims to give full play to the advantages of all parties in overseas route layout, node operation, and customer resources. It will invest in and establish operational entities in countries along the China-Europe Railway Express routes. Through close cooperation with railway companies, logistics agents, and port terminals in these countries, it will provide operational services such as overseas routes, rolling stock, and terminals for China-Europe Railway Express. This will deliver overseas logistics services to customers with faster transshipment, more stable operation, and better prices, continuously enhancing the overall transportation capacity and efficiency of China-Europe Railway Express.
