CMA CGM Announces: Service Upgrade! Increased Vessel Capacity, New Hub Deployment, and Enhanced Reliability & Coverage

Recently, CMA CGM announced that starting from January 2026, the NEFWI (PCRF) service will be upgraded.

This route connecting the French West Indies, the Caribbean, and Northern Europe will be expanded from 6 to 7 vessels, offering greater reefer capacity and adding calls at Puerto Antioquia and Rotterdam. The upgrade aims to provide higher reliability and broader coverage.

In addition to significant investments in modernizing ports in Martinique and Guadeloupe, CMA CGM will also launch a new hub in the Antilles to improve shipping services in the region.

The company will deploy a new service from Guatemala and Honduras to Pointe-à-Pitre, connecting to NEFWI and offering top-tier transit times to and from Northern Europe.
